2024 Artists@theBarn
The Artists@theBarn
Each month, T4tP pays an artist to come out to Deckel Farm in the Hudson Highlands and spend a week creating, revising, or recharging.
No fees. No deliverables.
No arduous application process.
Just artists helping artists make art.
Artists are nominated by Naked Angels, Latinx Playwrights’ Circle, American Theatre Group: Play Lab, National Queer Theater, Leviathan, T4tP’s Artistic Co-Op, and former Artists@theBarn.
Haley Rice has produced and curated over a dozen sold out staged readings in NYC since 2023. Scripts are paired with directors, casts, and a set of goals for the reading. Scripts are performed in front of a live audience with lights, sound, and then a guided talk back session (free wine and refreshments provided) with the cast and creative team.
