Once a month Theatre 4 The People pays an artist to come out to Deckel Farm in Holmes, New York for one week.
@theBarn artists stay in a donated living space and receive a small stipend for food and travel. They can create, recharge, collaborate, rest, or revise. Whatever they need. We don’t charge, we don’t demand a product and we don’t restrict.
This is a place for artists, run by artists.

Since the Artists@theBarn initiative began in 2020, T4tP has paid both emerging and established artists out to Deckel Farm: Playwrights, directors, composers, filmmakers, multi-hyphenate artists, and producers.
Some at the beginning of their careers; some award winning with long, lauded careers.
All are welcome @theBarn.
